How Our Memorial Care Plans Work
- Choose a Plan: Select Heritage, Legacy, or Everlasting Tribute based on the level of care and seasonal tributes you want.
- Enroll in Minutes: Call (325) 949-0933 or contact us online. We’ll confirm the gravesite and start date and answer any questions.
- Seasonal Care & Floral Tributes: We perform cleanings and scheduled tributes per your plan, with respectful attention to detail.
- Storm Checks & Photo Updates: After severe weather, we inspect and email/text photos so you have peace of mind year-round.
- Change Anytime: You can update plan level, special dates, or delivery preferences at any time.

What’s the difference between Heritage, Legacy, and Everlasting Tribute?
- Heritage: Seasonal basic cleaning and one floral tribute.
- Legacy: Adds sod/planting (as available), an extra cleaning and tribute, text updates with photos, and storm-check reporting.
- Everlasting Tribute: Everything in Legacy plus upgraded floral tributes and an extra post-storm check after high-wind alerts.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
- Yes—plans are flexible.
- Change levels or cancel at any time.

Do you send photos and updates after service?
- Yes—before/after photos are sent by email or text.
- We also send photos for storm checks so you can see the care provided.
How do storm checks work?
- Triggered after severe weather or NOAA high-wind alerts.
- We inspect the site, provide a brief report, and include photos.
- Everlasting Tribute adds an extra post-alert check.
Can I prepay annually?
- Yes—monthly or annual arrangements are available.
- Prepaying annually may qualify for a discount when offered.
